Teamed with our Cadex designed 1.300” straight taper, fluted barrel and a threaded muzzle. All Cadex barrels are Match Grade, Single Point cut, 5R rifling with an optimized twist rate.</p>    <h3>Muzzle Brake</h3>    <p>The Cadex MX1 muzzle brake is designed to deflect the muzzle blast away from the shooter and his spotter. Gases exit sideways and upwards to reduce felt recoil and improve rifle control. Designed to fit 30/33 calibres, 408 Cheytac and .50 BMG.</p>    <h3>Action &amp; Bolt</h3>    <p>High-end 1.550” stainless steel custom grade action with stainless steel 3 lug 60 degree bolt throw. Bolt includes oversized cross hatch bolt knob.</p>    <h3>Trigger</h3>    <p>DX2 Evo Selectable Single/Double Stage: The Cadex DX2 Evo trigger is a Double Stage Trigger capable to be rapidly converted into a Single Stage Trigger by its operator. Its trigger pull weight can be easily adjusted between 1.5 to 2.5 lbs. If you haven’t figured yet if you prefer a Single Stage or Double Stage Trigger, you can’t go wrong with the DX2 Evo.</p>    <h3>Folding Stock</h3>    <p>Reverse folding butt stock offers bolt handle protection and ultra compact transport. <div>  <div>   <div>    <p>A custom rifle build from the ground up. Starting with the best American-made raw materials, then onto our Machine Shop, our Cerakote lab, then final assembly and testing. All of our precision rifles are produced in-house from start to finish at our facility in Central Alberta. Years in the making, we are bringing our custom rifles to market in small-batch limited runs. Hand-built one at a time, all of our rifle barrels are thoroughly tested at distance and guaranteed sub-MOA with a 5-shot group.</p>    <p>It all starts with the steel. For this build we chose Criterion barrels for our blank supplier. An iconic barrel manufacturer operating out of Wisconsin for over 20 years. Known for partnering with John Krieger in the early days to create a button-rifle process capable of match-grade performance. We start these barrels on our CNC machines with a tactical type profile that offers a great balance between heavyweight rigidity and packable maneuverability. We then cut our Match chambers using only the best reamers from Dave Manson. Well known in the industry as one of the greatest, Manson reamers have helped us achieve the accuracy we require from our barrels.</p>    <p>This rifle build was designed with performance and budget in mind. We wanted to build a rifle that gave the shooter the accuracy and repeatability required to make those long-range shots, but without breaking the bank. These days most rifle builders won't even talk to you for anything less than 4k. So when we started this, we felt there was an opportunity in the market. Create a sub-MOA precision rifle capable of shooting 1000 yards in the mid-2000 price range. This multi-caliber system features the lowest shift of point of impact between takedown and reassembly of the same barrel on the market. Cadex CDX-MC uses a traditional barrel to action threading system while incorporating a special tool designed to unscrew and torque its barrel from the breech side. A single screw secures the chassis detachable base for a fast conversion between short and long action calibers.
